Hello World

Welcome to WordPress. This is your first post. Edit or delete it, then start blogging! It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using ‘Content here, content here’, making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for ‘lorem ipsum’ will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).

BCSNC – Mauling

Aside

It’s a mauling folks… a mauling!

The Goodwill Desk

Ever since the Goodwill Store opened in West Little a couple of years ago, Aimee has been making weekly trips to scout for great finds; and boy, did she find one this week—this fantastic oak desk! Solid oak, with a Tiger Oak top… really beautiful. We’ll need to make a few repairs—a missing tablet arm, broken drawer pull and a proper finish—but this will serve Aimee well with her newly acquired college studies.

It Was A Mauling

It wasn’t even close… it was never close. The Alabama defense wound up making LSU look like a high school varsity team having a bad game. LSU scored no points… “ZERO“. Alabama only allowed LSU past midfield once and held LSU to ninety-two yards total offense. There was really no bright spot whatsoever for the LSU Tigers; Tyrann Mathiu was completely shut down and Jordan Jefferson—and the entire offensive backfield—was completely ineffective.

[column size="1-2" last="0" style="0"]With a smothering display of old-school football, the No. 2 Crimson Tide blew out the top-ranked Tigers 21-0 in the Allstate BCS Championship Game Monday night.
Coach Nick Saban’s Tide also moved into the top spot in the final Associated Press poll for the eighth time, tying Notre Dame for the most of any team in college football.[/column]
[column size="1-2" last="1" style="0"]LSU didn’t cross midfield until there were 8 minutes left in the game. The Tigers finished with just 92 yards and five first downs.
The Crimson Tide (12-1) kept kicking field goals and finally made a long-overdue trip to the end zone late in the game — the only touchdown scored by either team in their two meetings.[/column]

Finally! No More Girls Bike

For close to a year now, Grant has been riding his sister’s old GT Lola. While the Lola has been a great bike for him to learn on… let’s face it, Lola has long outworn her usefulness, and, it’s a girls bike; I shouldn’t have to also mention that his buddy has begun teasing him for riding a girls bike. Well, tease no more… Grant has a new bike. Aimee and I thought briefly about getting another Matt Hoffman, like his brothers, but ended up deciding that at six-years old, he didn’t quite have the responsibility needed to care for a $200+ bike, so… we Santa brought him the Shaun White Session 1.3. Merry Christmas buddy… no more girls bike.
